Yes, we offer custom embroidery services for all Noon Medical Scrubs and lab coats. You can personalize your attire with your name, title, or facility logo for a professional touch. Custom embroidery is available only at the time of placing your order. To preserve authenticity and ensure quality, all embroidery is done directly in our official workshop. Even if your scrubs or lab coat were purchased from Noon, we cannot accept returns for embroidery after delivery. We also do not embroider on items purchased elsewhere.

We only accept returns if the mistake is on our part—for example, if we customized the wrong scrub or lab coat, or sent you items different from what you ordered. In such cases, please contact us within 3-5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for other reasons, including fit or change of mind, due to the customized nature of our products.
